※Things to check before ordering
When purchasing, please make sure that the address where you will receive the product and the zip code of the address match.

The parcel will returning back to store due to absence of addressee.
Once the parcel arrived at store, we will refund it after deduction of round shipping cost and Korea local round trip shipping fee.
In case of exchange/return due to reasons attributable to the customer, all shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer (including free shipping costs).
When the parcel returned to Korea and might not be shipped again.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.

Purchases of $800(standard customs clearance)or more may be subject to random customs inspection, and a separate order is recommended.
If you order without division and return without customs clearance, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost.

If you don't respond to the e-mail within 3 days, sold-out item will be cancelled and refunded and the rest of products you ordered will be shipped out once items are all ready to ship out.
